PRAYER
A Simple Conversation With God
As you begin to have your conversation with God, remember it's not the words that you say, as much as it is the condition of your heart. When you read in the Bible you can see that the Bible is a continuous prayer and conversation that men like David were having with God. The book of Psalms was written by David and was a continuous outpouring of his heart. David was a man that didn't have it right, wasn't perfect but he was always seeking and speaking to God. With that, God was able to mold him into the King that he would be.
Prayer may start out as something you are doing but as your relationship increases with the Holy Spirit, prayer will become who you are. Through my time in seeking God, I have found that I am constantly in conversation with God throughout the day. Because like I said, it becomes who you are. Once you realize that the Holy Spirit is a part of you, that he lives inside of you, you can understand that God is with you wherever you go.
Conversation is not just spoken outwardly, you can have an internal conversation with the Holy Spirit at any time and any place. So it is the simplicity of just talking to God.
